Roland House, London

I had a good stay at Roland House, appreciating its location and cleanliness, but there were a few drawbacks. The kitchen was quite basic, and I encountered issues with the room key not working. Overall, it served as a decent base for exploring London, but some updates are needed.

My stay at Roland House was a mixed bag. While the location in South Kensington was fantastic and I appreciated the kitchenette for preparing meals, the room itself was quite outdated and in need of modernisation. The service varied-some staff were friendly and helpful, while others were a bit defensive. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, I wouldn't rush back until improvements are made.
